By accessing the UCP // Fluent network, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions governing the use of our agentic commerce infrastructure.
UCP // Fluent grants users a non-exclusive right to access the Universal Commerce Protocol infrastructure and associated API endpoints. Usage is restricted to legitimate commerce activities and must adhere to the rate limits defined in the technical documentation. Unauthorized probing or adversarial testing of the settlement layer is strictly prohibited.
We are committed to maintaining the high-performance standards required for machine-to-machine commerce. This includes sub-200ms latency targets for core API responses and a 99.9% uptime commitment for the UCP settlement layer. Maintenance windows are communicated via the protocol telemetry dashboard with a minimum 48-hour notice.
Platform API users retain 100% ownership of their first-party product data, catalog metadata, and brand assets. UCP // Fluent claims no ownership over the data processed through the network. However, by using the service, Platform API users grant the protocol a limited license to transform this data into vector embeddings for the sole purpose of facilitating autonomous transactions.
As an infrastructure provider, UCP // Fluent is not liable for the commercial outcomes of autonomous agent behavior or market fluctuations. Our liability is strictly limited to the technical performance of the protocol as defined in the SLA. Users are responsible for the logic and financial authorization of the agents they deploy.
